AgroCamping booking terms

1. Seller and contact

The seller and service provider is AgroCamping Olsztyn, Młodzieżowa 1, 11-041 Olsztyn, Poland. Contact for bookings, complaints and refunds: agrocampingolsztyn@gmail.com, telephone +48 662 266 730.

2. Making a booking and when it binds

A booking can be requested through the form or directly by e-mail, telephone or WhatsApp. A booking paid by bank transfer, PayPal (manual payment — we send the instructions by e-mail) or cash on site becomes binding when AgroCamping confirms the stay.

A booking paid online becomes binding when the payment provider confirms payment of the full amount; an unpaid online booking expires automatically after 120 minutes and the pitch is released.

3. Prices

Prices are stated in PLN and are total prices including tax. The confirmed total includes the selected stay and the listed extras.

EUR figures are for guidance only and are shown at the published rate of 1 EUR = 4.31 PLN. Payment is settled in PLN.

4. Payment methods and providers

If the form offers online payment, it is operated by Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link, where available) and the full stay is then paid upfront.

Offline methods are bank transfer, PayPal (manual payment — we send the instructions by e-mail) and cash on site. Payment details are provided after the dates are confirmed; the full amount is due no later than the arrival day.

5. Right of withdrawal

The 14-day right of withdrawal for a distance contract does not apply to accommodation provided for specified stay dates. The legal basis is art. 38 pkt 12 ustawy o prawach konsumenta.

6. Cancellation and refunds

A confirmed booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival in high season (July–September) and up to 48 hours before arrival outside high season; please tell us as early as possible. Any payment already received is refunded in full and with nothing deducted, through the same payment method used to make it; the refund may take up to 14 days. For a later cancellation we refund the amount paid in advance, minus the price of the first night. For a no-show without cancellation the payment is not refunded; if a documented unforeseeable event (for example an accident or sudden illness) made the arrival impossible, we refund the full amount.

7. Complaints

A complaint may be sent to Młodzieżowa 1, 11-041 Olsztyn, Poland, or by e-mail to agrocampingolsztyn@gmail.com. Please provide the reservation number and explain the reason for the complaint. We will reply within 30 days.

Consumers may also seek help from a municipal or district consumer ombudsman in Poland.

8. Stay rules

The campsite is open all year.

The arrival and departure dates given in the booking are binding. Arrival is possible from 10:00 and departure until sunset; every night spent on the campsite is charged. Please arrange an arrival after sunset by telephone on +48 662 266 730.

Dogs are free and must be kept on a lead.

Additional cars and motorcycles are charged according to the confirmed pricing module.

9. Governing law, contract language and final provisions

Polish law governs the contract; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

The contract language is Polish. The Polish version prevails; the German and English translations are provided for convenience.

If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
